We are a team of professionals who source all types of properties, from Land, Residential houses and flats, Eco-Investments, through to Commercial Property throughout the UK and abroad. 

We have a team of dedicated back office staff to ensure the smooth facilitation of the transactions, and a sourcing team who will negotiate the best deal possible.

Each investment property that is presented to our clients undergoes our extensive due diligence process. This helps to ensure that our investors receive the best possible properties with the lowest amount of risk. 

Whether you are new to investing or a seasoned property investor, we can help you build a successful property portfolio with minimal capital outlay. 

Unlike other property investment companies, we do not charge a joining fee or a monthly subscription so you get our expertise, knowledge and advice free of charge.

Where does the property come from? 

Through years of building strong relationships with developers and property investors alike, we are able to secure most of the properties we offer before they even hit the market, a bit like a pre IPO – but with property. 

Some of the properties we source will be new build, or ‘off plan’, some will be existing stock or refurbishment projects, and some may be entire portfolios. 

Land with and without planning is also another one of the specialist offerings we provide. 

Who do we work for?

We currently work with a variety of institutions, property clubs, and property funds.

We do not work for any developers, nor are we developers ourselves, we enter into an agreement with the fund manager, property club or institution.
